2017 marks 40 years of your favorite local comic book store, Austin Books & Comics! In celebration of this, we’ll be having some new features over the next few weeks and months.
On our Facebook page, we asked fans and employees if they could live in any comic location, what would it be.
Share your own in the comments section below!
Check back next week for more new features, and be sure to Like Us On Facebook for more 40th anniversary festivities!
Asgard, it seems to me it would be pretty cool to live there amonst the Norse Gods and the more everyday Asgardians. They certainly know how to party and celebrate. You might even have access to the other realms, which would be good for vacationing. perhaps I could be the envoy or ambassador of Midgard.-Daniel G.
The City of Angels with Faith from Valiant!!-Angelique M.
If I could live in a comic book location, it would be Gotham city!-Edward M.
Kamar-Taj, a cool place that opens the doors to so many other cool places.-Shad R.
If I could be alive in any comic book location, I would choose DC’s Earth-484. I definitely choose Earth-484 because I everyone in the DC Universe is a Pirate! Image going on an epic adventure and then seeing a PIRATE JUSTICE LEAGUE!-F.G.
The Savage Land in the Marvel Universe. Dinosaurs are always awesome.-Christopher M.
The New york of tmnt. Nothing like living with the amazing turtles in their sweet souped up sewer pad.-Dwayne Y.

1980s era Alan Moore Swamp Thing DCU Heaven. It’s quite nice there, you can hang out with your better friends for eternity.
And best of all, if you want to go back to Earth we all know that DC characters never stay dead forever. Alec’s been back and forth a few times 🙂
